Lovely it is to travel. Learn about new cultures, meet new people, speak a new language and learn a little bit about yourself, all these are in store for travellers. Unfortunately, that also includes stacking up on your daily needs. The latter can bulk up your luggage, limiting your travel experience. Luckily, we got three tips that could work just for you!
Instead of creating my own album of my travels, I’d rather make sure I remember where I saw them. Imagine a corkboard of a map where you could pin photos you’ve taken of places you’ve gone to. I promise, this is splendid to look at walls. It’s also very easy to do. I learned to do it right here!
Mini Lotions (and Repellents)
Don’t take the entire bottle of skin lotion, UV suntan lotion or insect repellent with you. Dollar stores allow you to purchase a set of spritz or squeeze bottles. Fill them up. These won’t bulk up your luggage. You even save up on your probably expensive skin lotions and repellents!
To make sure everything related to your hygiene stays in place, use a towel and sew its sides to create an envelope-type of towel. Then, divide it into the number of things you need to bring. Sew these slots in the middle to create slots. Now you’ve created a small fanny pack where you could use the towel to dry your face or whichever!
